In Mobile application Quick links are appearing at the bottom

I have a requirement to move the quick links section after home page search, I tried changing the order of quick links an given lowest order but still quick links is appearing at the bottom only, Is there anyway to move quick links on top of My Active items ? or is it a limitation?
I am able to reorder sub items within quick links by using order but facing issue with moving quick links to Top

Hi Tanushree,
Thanks for sharing but I am facing the issue in Now Mobile application, and the issue is entire Quick links section is not getting moved to up upon adjusting the order aswell. you can see in attached screenshot.
