Duplicate "to-dos task Line Item" widget.

Hello.

 

Is it possible to duplicate this widget in ESC "Duplicate "to-dos task Line Item" widget and use it only for HRSD module ?

 

I mean, modify some content inside BUT make it visible only for HRSD module ? So for ITSM task all will be as is, but whenever some HR task  or HR case is presented in widget, system will choose this duplicate widget for HRSD only.

Any one one work over duplicate widgets before ?

So it can't be done easy via "To-dos Configurations" ?

short answer is no, you cant do it via to-do configs, you need to clone the exisitng one and use it for HRSD.. I Hope thishelps..
