Duplicate values when choosing default value

When I specify a default value for this multiple choice variable, it keeps duplicating what I specified. I also put quotation marks around it, and it still duplicates.

@twray  You have added text value as the default value. Please try to add the default Value as 1.

Set the backend value of choices in default instead.

1.Set the backend value as default. if it is still appearing please remove "1-critical" from default value & Multiple-choice option & add it again.
