Hi,
Has anybody seen this issue.I am in a update set where there are many default update sets versions has been created by guest.For Example Default 1(100),default 2(497) like this.Any thought on what might be causing this issue?

Hi,
Even we faced this issue, and was a Known Issue in FUJI and Geneva but got fixed in later version of Service Now. Another reason for multiple creation of Default Update set happens only when the User closes the Default Update Set then only Default 1 Update set gets created and so on.
To Fix this you need to follow the below steps:
1) Navigate to "Local update Set" module under System Update Set and update the column as highlighted in the screen shot below:
2) Keep the one Required Default update set with Default Set Column marked as True and make the other DefaultColumn created as Ignore.

Hi Nitin,
Thank you for the reply.But the issue we want to find out was how the versions of update sets got created by guest user.and another is if we set default 1 ignore then it creates another default 2 update set even default is active.Any more suggestions
