Can anyone tell me how servicenow interprets an invalid route?
What I mean by that is that if you are trying to route between two islands with no ferry (for example) will service now exclude the agent from being a candidate for the call or will it revert to a "as the crow flies" after trying to compute the travel path?
I'm trying to handle waterways well and could use some advice on how this is supposed to work.
