Dynamic Sorting of Work Items in Service Operations Workspace based on Priority

Hello,

 

I'm trying to dynamically sort the queue inbox with work items according to priority of incidents. When I set "Work Item Sort Order", it doesn't do it dynamically, rather sorts the queue when I reload. This might probably be because the queue doesn't check the values of existing work items before a new one is inserted? Any insights or workaround on this would be highly appreciated! #AWA

    For me the work item is getting sorted incorrectly and each time it gives different sorting. Did you find the solution for yours?
