Dynamic Translations for Email Notifications are not working as expected

Hi,

 

I've configured Dynamic Translations for Email Notifications as per the instructions in the documentation by installing all the required plugins, creating the system properties and creating the settings.

I'm able to see the 'Translated Email Contents' tab under the email but the translated emails are not available.  

 

Any help on this issue is much appreciated.

Please verify the recipient user record: sys_user.preferred_language
Translations are only created when: Recipient has a preferred language. And it is different from the source language.

I've tested by setting the preferred language for the user, still the same.
