Dynamic Translations for Email Notifications are not working as expected

Hi,

 

I've configured Dynamic Translations for Email Notifications as per the instructions in the documentation by installing all the required plugins, creating the system properties and creating the settings.

I'm able to see the 'Translated Email Contents' tab under the email but the translated emails are not available.  

 

Any help on this issue is much appreciated.

I've tested by setting the preferred language for the user, still the same.

There's French, German, Polish and Spanish.

share how and what did you translate in email notification.

also the recipient user has which Country?

Did you check user with France as country/germany?

Hey @Swathi Sree ,

Were you able to get any solution for this, even I am facing the same issue and I have checked the comments in this thread, but it didn't work.
