While using E-signature HR Template and when User tries to sign the document , The HR task with the attached document doesn't have the signature. How to achieve this please help.

without creating PDF template and parsing pdf and adding the place where you need signature you can't achieve this ..
try the below :-
go to "sn_doc_template" table
Choose PDF template Upload your PDF
and choose the below
and Publish it it will work

@SandeepKSingh Here is the reason.
I e-signed, but the signature doesn't appear in the document. Why?
You can only embed the signature through HR document template (document type = HR document template in E-signature template). If you e-sign a managed document or knowledge article (document type = managed document/knowledge article in E-signature template), the signature will not appear within the document itself. However, the signature will be saved to the E-signature history.
