Each Variables are Showing twice on Variable Editor when a record is submitted from record producer

We have observed an inconsistent behavior with Variable editor on Native view in Zurich instance.

When some user are submitting the record producers few records are getting effected (not reproduceable everytime) in following ways:

1. On the variable editor in native view, its showing each variable twice even the variable is created only one time on the record producers.

2. UI policies are behaving in consistently.

these are happening with in the same effected records.

If a same user is trying to submit the same request using the same record producer again the issue is not reproduceable. 

But once the issue is encountered for a request record it says on the record even after multiple refresh.

you should be able to identify some pattern of that issue so that you can try to reproduce and identify the rootcause.

what happens when you disable everything (client script, UI policy on that record producer)?
