ECC Stuck during Discovery!!

During Discovery, what’s the role of the ECC Queue and what happens if messages are stuck?

Hi @SandeepKSingh 

ECC Queue acts as the communication layer between the MID Server and the instance.
If messages are stuck in “Ready” or “Processing”, Discovery halts because responses don’t reach sensors.
Common causes:

  • MID Server offline or down

  • Large payloads or serialization issues

  • Wrong MID credentials or SSL handshake failure
