Edit & Purge on Employee Documents

I created Document security policies and added groups for read/write/purge access. But the user is not able to edit the Document Type and Purge hold fields. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Any roles need to be added to the groups?

I think yes, the required role is missing.

Hi @samadam , Please check the user is having proper roles to edit.

Check below user roles:

sn_hr_ef.legal_hold_writer
sn_hr_ef.manager
sn_hr_ef.admin
sn_hr_ef.document_writer
sn_hr_ef.document_import
