Hi team,
I have a report that is shown to management from the portal. However, they don't have back-end access.
The list report has the Preview icon (i) before every record and allows the user from portal to open the record.
I want the "Open record" button to point to the Portal URL and not the Backend URL when clicked from Portal.
However, if a user is in the backend, I need the button to point to the Backend URL (Current Behaviour)
Any ideas?

Hi,
I doubt you can customize that to fit your requirement to show native/portal view

Hi
to be honest I am not sure whether I understand your question.
You say "However, they don't have back-end access." but then you provide a screenshot from the backend these users have no access to?
Please describe exactly what do you want to reach.
Kind regards
Maik

Hi Maik,
That screenshot is in Portal, is a Dashboard, in Portal.
Not in the back-end, I want to give them a dashboard, but I don't want them to look at record on the back-end, so far, from the dashboard, you can access records on the back-end. Using that "Open Record" button.

Hello Juan,
I have exactly the same problem.
Did you manage to solve this?
Best regards,
