Good Afternoon!
I recently started delving into the realm of on-call schedules in ServiceNow and am testing with my internal team. So far, it appears to be fairly simple to set up an on-call schedule, but two questions have come up.
1) Is there a way to edit the cards that show on the calendar? We would like to take out the time and it showing the schedule that is in place. It is preferred we only show the names of who is primary on call and secondary on call.
2) For the escalation processes where you can set to call/email the on-call user, how do we define what the on-call person should be called/emailed for? We do not wish to have the on-call user notified for anything and everything that comes into the queue for this group. We would like the system to filter what an on-call user should be notified for.
