Editing content inside My Requests?

Is there a way to edit the layout or content in My Requests tab?

Hi @user0719 ,

Unfortunately that's not configurable, so you would actually need to customize the widget.

My request content to be changed on ESC portal

What exactly you want to change in layout? it is something not OOTB available but if you explain what exactly you need , we might able to help you.
