Hello @athavichith
All you have to do is to set up a rule in your mail server, like Microsoft Exchange, to redirect (not forward, you don't want "FW:" in front of your email subject line) your email to your instance's email address, like instanceName@service-now.com and create an Inbound Action, you can use "email.direct" in your inbound action to identify which email address the email is coming from. You can then do whatever you need based your your business logic.
Refer this mail chain - https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/multiple-email-accounts-for-inbound-email/m-p/2....
If you want to create 2 Pop3 and all accounts it's not recommended but yes you can do it.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

Hello @athavichith ,
If your question is, can one ServiceNow instance have multiple email addresses or mailboxes, then the answer would be No, and this is explained in detail here.
But if your question is, can emails be sent to some other email addresses and end up in the (one) ServiceNow instance mailbox then yes, the solutions outlined in the other responses would be the way to go.
Regards,
Robert

Hi @athavichith ,
I think yes
Note: The system only allows one SMTP email account to be active at a time and sends all email through this account. You can however receive email from multiple POP3 or IMAP accounts.
you can refer the docs link below
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Hi @athavichith
No mate, the default is the ONE inbox email address where you receive the mail. You can find that in your email accounts. and you cant have more than 1 inbox id.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
