Email activity log in workspace

Hi All,

I am trying to add emails sent out to be added in activity log. Followed the steps below

1. Activity log updated to include 'Email-correspondence' and 'Email-autogenerated'

2. glide.ui.activity.email_roles property updated to include appropriate roles.

After this, I can see emails added in Classic UI but Workspace UI does not show the email logs.

Is there any property specifically for Workspace UI, that will enable activity logs to show emails?

Do you also have the Emails selected under post types? :

I just tested this in an incident in my PDI Xanadu instance and it works fine. Just keep in mind that emails will only show if they were actually in state sent. But if you see them in the classic UI they were indeed sent, so you probably might need to raise a ticket with support to investigate.

Yes, emails is selected under post types.

I can see in my pdi it is working fine but this behaviour is observed in client instance.
