Email approval testing in lower environmnet

Hello Every one,

 

I added email approval/Reject functionality in one of my approval workflow.
"${mail_script:approve_reject_buttons} ".

I am trying to test in my lower environmnets. Before that i enabled inbound and outbound in email properties.
I approved request from email logs and i received the approve email notification from Servicenow.
But on the request, it is still showing waiting for approval and not moving to another state.

 

How can i check this functionality lower environmnet.

 

Please advise me here!

Hi @Kanna12 ,

 

In your lower instances, access "Email Properties" from the navigation menu and update the two settings below

use your email address above and you can test that way.

I enabled in system property and provided by email address. I recived approve email from Servicenow.
But my request stated that approvals are still showing requested state. Nothing is changed in request queue.

Post a new question on your problem with Service Catalog requests. Someone with experience on that feature can assist.
