email body template logos are coming as attachments in incident records

email body template logos which we have configured are coming as attachments in incident records when user is replying via awaiting user comments.

How to fix it ?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  thanks for the quick response, include attachments is false. when Iam checking logs I found attachments are added for reply mail through Inbound email.
not sure where to restrict this
