Hi All,
in incident form, an email client button was there to send the emails from the incident form itself. But, if we are clicking on that button the form address is defaulted to the system email address like abc@servicenow.com. So, how can i add who has clicked on that button and sent an email in "Activity log" or any other way to know who has sent by using that email client.
Thanks & Regards,
swamy

Hi Mike,
Thank you so much for your reply. Is there any way to apply this change(form address) globally irrespective of the tables?. I have tried by using client template on incident table, it works great. But, i want to made this change for all tables. Please advice.
Regards,
Swamy

You can try creating the template on task table.

Amaradi,
You need to create a template for each table you have enabled the email client o. There is no 'global' option as far as I know.
