Email Client Template not showing in Workspace

I am trying to get an Email Client Template to show in a new Workspace. This is the view of the Compose Email function out of Workspace.

This is the view within Workspace. 

How do i get them to match? 

Also, I am trying to get the Union Contact field (list variable) to populate the email addresses in the CC field but I am unable to get that working. 

I appreciate the guidance.
