Email from email client(Icon on Form) is not sending email and logs says sent-failed

Hi All,

I have actually configured the email from address that is present in the email client configuration .... But when I compose the email then the mail is not sent

... And getting an error that is Attached in the Pic below .. about the error that I am facing. Any suggestion how I should proceed

Hello @Prakash Pareek 

have you tried this with admin access? If you have admin access in lower instances try from there to check if it's an access related issue.

I believe the reason is "you have configured default email from sys_email_client_from_address table, and it is not associated with system email account".
