Email Icon on the form

Hi All

 

How can I get email Icon on the form?

PS: I have already created an email client template on this table, but I am not getting any Icon on the form. I sthere any property that needs to be enabled for the same?

Right click in the form header and go to configure > dictionary. In the next list select the option that is of type 'Collection' then in the attributes tab add the Email Client

Hi Rahul,

 

In the "Collection" type field of a dictionary record for a specific table add "email_client=true" as an attribute which will enable the email. But it will work for valid records (not a new record).

Hi rahul,

 

only thing is u have to save that form first then you will be able to see the E-mail icon.

This same incident happen with me also. even though i have tried email client template as well as configuration of dictionary but  did not get any help with this.

if with above configuration you are getting failed.Hope this will help you.
