Email is not triggering and the status is showing send-ignored.

Hello Developers,

need your assistance to get the email notification fixed .

As of now , the mail is not triggering to the group and showing as send-ignored in the email log.

What will be the cause for this? i tried to open the log as below and it is showing as below

 

Please suggest on this.

It is probably due to the order or weight field of the notification.  If weight is 0, it will always send, if it is weighted, it may be getting ignored for another notification.

Hello zach,

Thanks for your quick response. 

I can see that the weight of this email is 0 as mentioned below. But still it is not triggering. 

Please suggest on this or else if i am missing somehing please let me know.

Here is another post, which mentions going to outbox > skipped, then reading the reason why it was skipped in the related list.
