Email is not triggering and the status is showing send-ignored.

Hello Developers,

need your assistance to get the email notification fixed .

As of now , the mail is not triggering to the group and showing as send-ignored in the email log.

What will be the cause for this? i tried to open the log as below and it is showing as below

 

Please suggest on this.

Hi,

Open the email logs record and check in related list why it moved to send-ignored.

Reason: Receiver's email address = sender's email address.

Solution: Change receiver's email address to be different from sender's email address.
