Email Layout not carrying out to email

Hi ,

I've configured a email layout for customer image and background image, added it to a template.

When i use preview it is showing correctly. But when the notification is triggered not showing in the outlook.

Is your notification connect to your email template?

I've had a similar problem where the html looks fine at the email layout level but when I generate a sample notification the code doesn't render correctly. Try connecting your notification & template to one of the OOB layouts to make sure that the issue is in fact your layout. hii anyone help me out with this. when i check the company logo it is displaying very fine but when i try to trigger the email I can't see the image it looks blank image
