Email not received for inbound action

I have created inbound email action and while testing I have replied to the email that I received to my outlook but I don't see that email in email logs.

 

How can I test the inbound email action in DEV instance in real time?

Issue is with the email id that I'm using
Working as expected with the email ID it client domain.

Hi @Admin7267 

 

Are you trying in PDI? If yes that due to security reason email inbound / outbound is restricted. There are some workaround but not sure abou that.

 

If not PDI
please check email properties is Enable ,

Email accounts are set up and connection is active.

I'm trying it on real DEV instace not in PDI.

Also email properties are set to true for both inbound and outbound. 

Not sure if I need to some other changes...

In this case, try to create another incident and check in email logs

Please share the inbound action snippet as well and try the way @Jamesk suggestion.

Please verify once the email properties whether "Email receiving enabled".
