Email notification didnt delivered to user

Hello... i have trouble with email notification. Email notification for approval intermittent delivered to user. So, half user get the email and half of it did not recieved the emails. I checked email log and the status is processed, but user did not recieved the mail. anyoneknow how to track the email? why email did not delivered to User? Please help me. Thank you

 

I have check notification for user in gear -> notification -> notification is allowed (green button). And i turn off unsubcribe button in mail too.

i create two layer approval, the approver is get the first mail but after approve it the second notification is not delivered to user (the type of mail in emails log is sent).

Could you please  provide with the screenshot of your notification?

HI,

Please follow this steps for Debugging and let me know :

1) Go to email log

2) Open that Email Log for which email was not triggered.

3) In Recipients check email ids for which email was triggered.

4) Is Error field Visible if not then no issue's.

5) Go below to related list know as Email Log. Check their if email was triggered to user or it was restricted due to issue's.

6) Also check if u have received any undeliverable message.

recipients is valid email of user. and there is no error. and this is capture of email log in related list.
