Email notification for incident created is not working.

Hi all,
I am trying to create a email notification for when an incident is created. However, the email notification is not being sent. If you can please help me with this. Attached the screenshot as below. if you can please let me know what is that I am doing wrong in this instance. I am new to the servicenow world.
Note: Requested for field here is the caller_Id field.

Hi Arun. My caller field here is requested for. I have modified my caller field as requested for in this instance due to client requirement.

Hi @neenashankar ,
In the incident form also the Requested for instead of caller, then add Requested for.
then check the Send to event creator to true.

Hi,
Navigate to Emails in ServiceNow instance and check if event is generated for recently created incident.
Also check if user is active or not.

Hi Dhanajay, still no luck. checked the event in email logs
