Interaction state is in new state after creating incident in workspace

Hello Everyone.

when I create incident from the interaction in workspace, after creating incident also interaction being in new state.
is it expected behavior or not. Please suggest more on this.

No , i reached till Resolved and Inc moved to resolve but INT is still in work in progress.

Hi @Vinod S Patil 

 

I tested in my PDI, i created an New interaction and after filling details., it moved to Work in progress and when i click incident from that interaction, INT is still showing in Work in progress, means it is expected behaviour.

if you close the incident,  does interaction state also will close or will it be InProgress ?
