Incident Priority Raised Notification

Anyone here knows how to trigger this notification? is there an OOTB that triggers this notification? Based on what I read here I think there's none and have to create one.

Hi @jamesbet23 ,

OOB email notification "Incident Priority Raised" is in place. 

Trigger condition : Send when Triggered

Triggered means when it's triggered by action in flow designer.

 

So As per your requirement, you have to create/customize.
