Hello everyone,
I have designed a simple survey with one question and added a trigger condition on the incident table. When incident state changes to resolved and assignment group is IT Database Engineering the survey should be sent.
I have tested by changing an incident state to resolved and I see that a Survey instance is created and assigned to the user but I don't see any email notification that being sent out to the user. Issue is that the user doesn't know a survey has been assigned to him/her until an email is being sent out to their inbox. How to resolve this issue? is there anything that I need to turn on in order to send out email notifications whenever a survey is being assigned? Please advise.

Found the issue. The notification "Survey User Invite" is inactive and by activating it resolved the issue.

Have you checked "send notification" field to true in survey?
