Email notification issue - FROM value is empty

Hi,

When triggering Outbound Email notification the FROM value is empty as attached in the screenshot(Highlighted with black arrow) please provide me with a solution for it Thanks.

the from is being taken based on SMTP configured.

check this KB

In Activity log, emails are showing 'From' field value as blank

I have checked the SMTP the "Email user label"  is present but still the from is empty.

This is not OOB, customization has been at ui page (preview_email). check this one, it may help you.

I Checked the preview_email ui page that is not the problem still facing the issue
