Hello all,
I am trying to understand how can I incorporate the knowledge article database and template selector from Service Operations Workspace (SOW). I have the Knowledge Management Advanced plugins installed, however at the moment when I click on the Create knowledge button it would open the Standard template directly.
I would highly appreciate your help.
