Email notification on ANY local admin login

Hi,

As a Manager, I want to get an email notification send anytime admin login occurs in the production environment. How can I achieve this? Kindly help.

I want the email to include who logged in and who impersonated the user? 
I started the notification email (see the attached).

I did use the script and got the following.

I saved the script as notification but does not work.

its a mail script 

you need to write it in mail script and call that mail script in what will it contain tab
