Hello Team,
Can you please help me in setting up the notifications for my scenario.
I have created a task record, when assigned to adds comments to the task requestor is getting notified. When the requestor is responding to the comments directly on the task or through email the comments getting added but requestor only getting the notification not the assignee, I need to send the notification to assignee when requestor is adding the comments and stop the notification for requestor when requestor is adding the comments.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi
open the notification and include assigned to in the notification and uncheck send to creator
and create a notification email script
and go to notification and add this email script to notification message
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.
Regards,
Chaitanya

@Community Alums
I assume you have created 2 different email notifications for this
In both the notifications ensure proper receipient
Also ensure "Send to Event Creator" is unchecked
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Community Alums
so what did you configure and where are you stuck?
when requestor updates comments, you can use notification and include the Requestor in recipient
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , Yes i have added the assignee to the email but the issue I'm seeing here duplicate emails.
When end user comments it's triggering email to End user and Assignee and when Assignee is comments it's triggering email to Assignee and End user.
My requirement is
1. When Assignee comments only End user should get notified
2. When End User comments only Assignee should get notified
