Email Notiifcation is not getting triggered on Custom Table

Hi,
I am new to SNOW, I have a requirement to trigger email notification when a new record(of custom table) got created.
But even after setting the correct conditions and checked the SMTP receiver account(test successful), system properties(email.outbound = TRUE), email notification is not getting triggered.
About custom table - Case table is parent of my custom table
Can anyone help me how to check it why it is not triggered ?

As @Vishwa Pandya19 mentions, there's not much information in your question to help troubleshoot.
Can you include some screenshots of the Notification to see how it is configured. Also, have you checked the Mailboxes to see if the email was actually generated but not sent because no valid recipients where found?

1)Check in notification when to send tab insert checkbox is checked.
2)Make sure whom to send tab recipient user should have email id.

Please share the screenshots of your notification like when to send , whom to send, maybe there is a problem in how the notification is configured.
