Please help.. Not able to receive emails.. What does this mean?

No.no email there. Which email should go there?

You should define from which server it shall fetch the email and which email it should use to send emails. What configuration is depended on the requirements of from your company/client.

Here are some examples. Remember these are "Email accounts":

ServiceNow as POP3 server:

ServiceNow as SMTP server:

And if you hit "new", you can just fill in the information. Pretty much the same as you would in outlook etc.
