Email Sending is Non-Operational

Please help.. Not able to receive emails.. What does this mean?

You should define from which server it shall fetch the email and which email it should use to send emails. What configuration is depended on the requirements of from your company/client.

Hi Goran,

We have configured everything correctly but still we are not able to send email from our instance.
When checked in Email Diagnostics, the processing time for Email Sending is Exceeding 10000ms , Can you let me know, how we can fix this. Please see the below screenshot for info.
