Email to send the BCC recepients

The user compose email from the incident. They are manually added the emails in the to, cc and bcc. They email not sent to bcc people. There is no configuration in email template.

 

Why the email not sent to bcc, when we compose email manually.

@Community Alums , may I know why it's not sending. Then why during compose the email bcc field is showing. How to hide the bcc field in the compose email

if you are talking about BCC here in email client template, then it should send directly without any dependency on email script

I clicked Send and it sent the email to BCC user.

 yes it shows here in the blind copy. But the user in the bcc is not getting the email. Even in the email log you are not able see the mail sent to the specific user.
