I need help with the ability to send an email from within a Task of an application I've created from another team. They do not have an ITIL role but a role I created for them. I know it's the EmailClientProcessor but can't figure out how to update it so it's for others outside of itil? Any ideas

You just need to remove the role in the EmailClientProcessor ACL if you want everyone to be able to utilize it. Add an additional role if you want another role to access it.

Email client is disabled by default for new task extensions. You can enable it with an attribute on the collection record for the table in the dictionary.
