Emails does not display on activity log

I am trying to show emails sent in the activity log, added email auto generated and email correspondence to activity log. I can see on Incident but not on change record? IS there anything else that need to be configured.

could you see the emails in the sys_email ?
if not, than - you need to check if emails event sent
also (if emails are in sys_email, the type shall be "sent"), after that - they shall appear in the activity log (taking in consideration you checked set up as Brian suggested)

Yes, I see the emails in sent status.
I Just created a sample email on insert and it is showing up. Weird part is the current ones do not show up. The emails are generated through events not sure if that has to do anything with it.

It shouldn't and older changes should have showed any emails that were sent as long as it was still in the email logs. You may went to open a case with now support.
