Hello Folks, Hope you all are doing well,
We have inbound action to be trigger, but for few of the specific type of users identified with a SPAM score that was high enough to get them moved to the Junk folder and not be processed so the emails state changed to ignored. We want to allow those users to send an email to our instance and email should be proceed successfully. Most of the solution out there are for to block the emails which are coming in but we want to do the exactly opposite of this how can i achieve that if it is possible?
I was looking for two types of solutions:
1. I can allow that particular user to send an email along with the users who has good score
2. or i can simply turn this filter off so everyone will be able to send the emails.
But currently I'm more into 1st one. but answer for both scenarios would be appreciated.
Thank you.
I've attached screenshots for the reference

Why would you want to process emails coming from such email addresses? If turning off the filter doesn't work, create a NowSupport ticket, since they should be processed without the filter, but I really think you should check the requirement. These addresses are spamming. In case the sender needs his emails being processed, he should use a different address.
