Emails into Outbound > Skipped

Dear all,

I've an issue with some notifications on my Helsinki instance, some emails are going into Outbound > Skipped module without a real reason (I suppose...)

I've tried to search for causes, but I only found that causes could be invalid recipient(s) or a duplicate email (same target and same content).

Since email content is different from other emails and since I'm also sure recipient is correct (it is the same as other emails being sent out correctly), which other thing could cause this behavior? can I see some logs with more specific error messages if any??

thanks for your reply, but I have not activated the default email filters plugin, so I'm expecting that it's not the cause of my behavior.


Do you know what are the most common causes for Skipped emails? or if there's any log message/entry I can have a look to understand why email was skipped?

Hello Ernesto,



Open that skipped mail and go down to see the email log in last.   You will get something there why it is skipped.


Hi Deep, thanks, I got in depth with logs (by submiting a search) and founds the cause, issue was related to weight.


It seems there was another notification with a higher weight (which was not sent) processed instead of my expected email.
