Emails not created a ticket

Suddenly, emails are not creating tickets, when we send email we are able to see them in logs but not creating ticket. In flow i have tested it out and flow is working fine. 

Its showing Target field as empty for type received -

And in the email record , for email logs , i see the flow not getting attached -

Any idea on this??

There was a Active Transaction that was going on for 3 days and it did not create emails into a ticket. So had to kill the transaction then all the email were processed.

Hi @gayatri38, What are your trigger conditions in flow?

Trigger conditions are,

1) Type is received

2) Receive Type is new or forward

3) recipents contains" their email addresses"

 

I have tested the flow out by using test and incident got created, so i think its not regarding the flow.  

Just to understand if there is not any issue with the Flow conditions, remove all conditions and keep only Receive Type is New and Type is Received.

 

Send email and check if the Flow is getting executed or not

 

This will atleast give you an idea that there is some correction in the Flow condition.
