embed an image into a form

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to put an image into this form.   The users don't need to interact with it in any way it's purely as a visual reference only but I want it to be available every time the users go to submit a new form. Could someone advise an easy way to do this?

We're on Jakarta.

I've been searching the community but not having much luck!

Hi Leslie,

You'll need to edit the form using "Form Layout" instead of "Form Design". This will give you the option to add a new field with type Image.

Hi Fares,

Thanks for   this but I need the same image to be there at all times - the image field just makes a field that you can upload to - this isn't what I need, I need a static image to be visible at all times. Hope that helps?

managed to get it working via UI macro and a formatter.
