I followed all the steps mentioned in "https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/survey-administration/t... to embed survey within the mail, but it's not working. My assessment script also contains the code :
var html = new AssessmentUtils().getInstanceLinkHTML(current);
template.print(html);
But it is still not working, do I have to do scripting for this, how can I make it work? Please help.
