Resend incomplete survey reminder mail to user for incident

Hi,
I have created a survey(CSAT) form which is sent to caller of the incident once the incident is resolved. I have a requirement to retrigger the same survey notification for the same incident to caller again until the survey is not completed. Reminder email should be triggered at least in 3 days span.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

There are a number of similar questions on the community with answers. A scheduled job (or better, a scheduled flow) on the assessment instance table can be created to lookup active assessments and trigger a notification
