Hi @nameisnani ,
For the created change model 'Release Issue Fix' does the type should be 'Emergency' or a new change type?
Provide the Model state transitions for the created change model.
Thanks

Hi @nameisnani
This is a model, and its purpose is to function as defined by the user. If you want to make changes, copy the Emergency model, rename it to Release Issue Fix, and use it accordingly. This is the easiest approach.
Steps to follow:
- Go to Change Model.
- Open the Emergency Change model.
- Click Insert and Stay to create a copy.
- Rename the new model to Release Issue Fix.
- Deactivate the current model.

Hi @nameisnani
Look like it is a read-only model. To start, better create a new model, similar to the Emergency model. Follow the same configuration.
