Employee birthday\work anniversary banner

Hey,

I would like to show, on the hrportal homepage, a banner when an employee is celebrating a birthday or a work anniversary.

I'm trying to use the HR portal content, but I don't seems to find a way to address the relative date, without the year.

for example, if someone was born in June 16 1980, I can't use the condition:

Date of birth is on today - it will result with 0 matches.

Any ideas who can I address this issue?

Instead of relative try with is same day AND is same Month.

could have been a great solution, but I dont have the option to say same as this day, for instance, I have to choose a field:

Did you ever figure this out? We want to do the same thing and I am running into the same issue.
